WEDNESDAY, October 18: LECHUGUILAS- This flight includes three different lechuguilla, which translates as small lettuce. Three different labels showcase how this agave is expressed by the hand of the mezcalero. They include Madrecuixe from Mono de Calenda, CUISHE and NETA. The tasting experience is guided by Odin Mezcalería's agave curator: Hugo González.
